**Postage times are estimates and not guarantees. They may be affected by factors out of our control, including incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays and Post Office delivery restrictions.

Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. we can take no action on these orders during that time.

Please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive if required for a specific day. We recommend allowing a minimum of 25 days from your order date.

Please ensure you check your delivery and billing details at point of order, Ensuring the full correct delivery address is on the order as this is where orders will be sent. We are not responsible for checking and validating these details. If an order is sent and the address is incorrect or not complete, the courier usually returns the package to us. We will try to contact customers to advise, but this is not our responsibility. We will need to charge for re-postage of the package before shipping it out to you again.

 

Returns

You have the right, under the distance selling act to refuse/return an unwanted item within 7 days. The 7-day period begins on the day of delivery.

The liability for the delivery and return postage is upon you. If you have received an item that is incorrect or faulty, you must notify us as soon as you have received it, within the indicated time scale of these terms.

Returns are not available for personalised, custom, seasonal or sale items. If we do accept a return on any unopened / unwanted item, it is at our discretion, and a 25% admin fee will be deducted as well as the P&P charge.

We aim to make all of our customers happy. Unfortunately, there may be times when items arrive damaged in transit. Customers must inform us within 2 days of delivery to receive a replacement order of that item, a refund for the item or a gift voucher. Items will be replaced at no cost to you once we received evidence of damaged goods. Evidence can be provided by emailing a photograph to us of the damaged items. We will refund at our discretion. If the fault is ours, we will replace or refund immediately.

Any missing/damaged/incorrect items from your order must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of your parcel. Claims after that period will not be honoured.

We will not be liable for the cost of postage for any returned items, however if a new item is shipped out as a replacement, we will cover this charge.
